Drawing Preferences

I can draw (or prefer)

  • cute girls

  • cute designs

  • character with animal traits that not really detailed in one of the animal part (e.g. ears, wings, horns)

I can’t draw (or avoid)*

  • mecha, scales (including super-detailed small part of it), armors.

  • unusual skin colors (like very saturated skin color) & hair styles (like specifically very curly or defying gravity)

  • clothes that showing skin too much (swimsuits, lingerie)

  • muscles & bald

  • R18+

  • old-looking people

  • furries

  • anthros

  • one eye and/or three/more eyes, devil/demon main traits, and other horror-like traits (a bit gothic is okay)

  • reference from real person

*I have some traits that makes me feel turned off when drawing them, so it will be safer that I don't accept order specification that is really not my preference/safe place than draw them but with disappointing result.

Pricing

  • All the price listed in the commission price tab are base price. Mean that there will be additional price for any additional details.

  • Additional price, besides what already written in the commission price tab, will also applied for :

    • Extra detailed design of the character (price will be vary)​.

    • Alternative outfit that is from combining several sources that not included as proper character drawing reference (mean that your character reference is not wearing the desired design). This including something like as simple as casual theme, gothic theme/christmas theme of your character (price will be vary).

  • Regarding personal/private/commercial pricing :

    • If it's only used in non-profitable site (like twitter, facebook, etc), or for personal collection, it's counted as personal use (original price).

    • If it's a private commission (meaning that I can't use it as portfolio/post on social media), there will be additional fee for the copyright of 20% of (original price + commercial purpose, if any). Delayed/scheduled post is not included in this category. (Meaning that the total price will be (original price + commercial purpose) x1.2).

    • If it's used for profitable site (youtube/twitch with commercial purpose), there are two categories for this pricing :

      1. original price x1.5 for indie individual/small group (e.g indie vtuber/vstreamer, either from indie agency or not).

      2. original price x2.5 for mid-big scale of individual/company (e.g vtuber/vstreamer with higher view-count and/or from distinguished agency).

    • If it's used to be sell as merchandise, the price will counted as original price x (commercial pricing multiplier + 1).​

    • There are few exception that might apply, ask me for more info.

  • Example of price counting :

    • commercial purpose indie = original price ×1.5

    • commercial purpose indie + private = original price ×1.5 x1.2 = original price ×1.8

    • commercial purpose mid-big scale + merch = original price × (2.5 + 1) = original price ×3.5

    • commercial purpose mid-big scale + merch + private = original price × (2.5 + 1) x 1.2 = original price ×4.2

Order Processing Details

  • The overall order processing is :

    1. I'll review your order request while doing rough sketch/draft to decide if I can take the request.

    2. Then, If I accept, I'll send the rough sketch to you for early concept of the drawing (mostly deciding the pose/composition/design) and the payment invoice.

    3. After you pay, I'll continue the sketch until it will be refined/colored sketch stage.

    4. Then, I'll send the colored sketch for you to check it (you can request additional minor details here).

    5. After any fixing from the sketch, I'll continue the sketch until it will be full-rendered finished drawing, and send the file to you.

  • You can check the commission progress & waitlist here.

  • In the meantime I started doing your order, feel free to contact me as soon as possible if you want to make any changes/edits of your request, or cancel the order so I can refund your money quickly.

  • You can request the canvas size and/or orientation besides the default size, but if it’s much bigger I’ll put additional cost (my canvas size limit is about 5000px x 5000 px for one character). For a group commission, I'll draw the characters separately in different canvas if needed.

  • I can work on a piece from one week to three months depends on the complexity and schedule based on my real life.​ I usually not working in one drawing, and I'm not a full-time freelancer.

  • Revision request is unlimited as long it’s in sketch (rough or colored) stage.

  • If requested, I might hold a private live stream by discord if you need more specific revisions.

  • If requested, half-refund can be given between rough color stage and colored sketch stage, and no refunds after it.

  • You can set deadline but not less than one week, even you offer rushing fee (and please mind the drawing complexity before you request it).

  • A small mistake after I finished your order can be corrected for free. If the mistake is more than a half of the drawing process, I will add more charge or not accepting it.

  • Live stream and/or speedpaint/timelapse of the commission drawing are not guaranteed to be presented.

Payment

  • Payment :

    • PayPal (international)

    • BNI, gopay, & pulsa Telkomsel (Indonesia; $1=IDR6.000)

  • Only accept in-front full-payment (you can ask an exception for total price more than $70).

  • Please mind the total price of your commission request & my working time before you sure to commission me. This including possible additional fee for any additional details, check the pricelist for more info.

Permission and Copyright

  • I have full rights over my artwork, meaning that I have the right to use the commission as portfolio by posting it at social media/portfolio websites.

  • Don’t edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the commission for advertising without the commissioner's permission.

  • Any usage that related to Cryptocurency & Artificial Intelligence are strictly prohibited.

  • Please state in the beginning if you want your commission as private. Or, if you want to ask for full copyright, there will be an additional fee for that. If you change your mind, please ask me before I finished the commission.

  • Credit me if you want to use your commission from me as long it's in non-commercial platform (e.g profile photo in facebook, twitter, etc.)

  • Save the image immediately after I sent you the drawing.
